Empowering women in motherhood through strength training.

The mission of Mother Made Strength Training is to build community among women in motherhood and help them become their strongest selves.

These classes are for:

  • The pregnant mom

  • The immediate postpartum mom

  • The longterm postpartum mom

  • A mother with concerns about diastasis recti or her pelvic floor

  • Any woman with concerns about her postpartum recovery

  • The mom who wants to learn to lift properly and efficiently for her body

  • The woman who wants community workouts amongst other mothers

  • Any mother who wants to get stronger

Group fitness class inside a gym, with women lifting barbells, using gym equipment, and engaging in a workout session.

Details

All classes are coached by Rachel, an orthopedic and pelvic floor PT with specific training for prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation.

  • 60 min small-group classes focused on full-body strength training. The main portion of the class includes 2-3 lower body lifts and 2-3 upper body lifts utilizing body weight, pulleys, dumbbells or barbells.
