The mission of Mother Made Strength Training is to build community among women in motherhood and help them become their strongest selves.
MMST is a 60-minute small-group class dedicated to full-body strength training. The core of the class features 2-3 lower body lifts and 2-3 upper body lifts, using a variety of equipment such as body weight, pulleys, dumbbells, or barbells to effectively target multiple muscle groups.
Whether you’re pregnant, recovering from pregnancy or 7 years postpartum, our program will help you build lasting strength safely and effectively. Join other moms who understand your journey, share your goals, and motivate you every step of the way!
