STRENGTH THROUGH MENOPAUSE

a class for women in perimenopause

Strength through Menopause is a class 60-minute class is designed specifically for women in perimenopause, a time when strength training becomes essential for maintaining muscle mass, bone density, and metabolic health. We’ll focus primarily on progressive resistance training, followed by 10–15 minutes of high-intensity intervals to support cardiovascular fitness, insulin sensitivity, and mood regulation. Every session is tailored to help manage common perimenopausal symptoms while building long-term resilience.

The mission of STM is to empower women in perimenopause through science-backed strength training that supports hormonal health, builds resilience, and fosters confidence—both in and out of the gym.

Classes take place at VIVE (1969 Ne 41st Ave)
