Strength through Menopause is a class 60-minute class is designed specifically for women in perimenopause, a time when strength training becomes essential for maintaining muscle mass, bone density, and metabolic health. We’ll focus primarily on progressive resistance training, followed by 10–15 minutes of plyometric and impact activity.
